BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY

My job as a Realtor is to help my clients decipher want they want and make informed decisions. This means being a solid source of information about local market statistics and trends, and the towns, neighborhoods, people and businesses that make Northern New Jersey a unique place to live.

Service is the fundamental element of success in my line of work.  I am not only a Realtor, but an advisor, problem solver and negotiator.  Whether I'm working with a first-time buyer or experienced investor, a vacation home buyer or downsizing retirees, my primary goal is to provide my clients with information, insight and creative solutions that allow them to make the best possible real estate decisions. I take pride in being your business partner throughout the entire transaction process.

I realize the importance of an effective marketing campaign to ensure maximum exposure of my clients' property in a competitive marketplace. But marketing is only one aspect of a multi-faceted approach. It takes a well executed marketing campaign to bring a prospective buyer through the door, but it takes a savvy, dedicated agent to bring a committed buyer to the closing table. Whether buying or selling, I will provide you with the dedication one expects of a real estate professional; one whose top priority is protecting the interests of her clients.

Every transaction represents one of the most important purchases or sales a client will ever make and I take every measure to ensure there is clear communication with all parties and work diligently to surpass each client's expectations.  I believe with each customer I represent, a relationship of trust is formed, one which should be cultivated and treated as a long-term partnership, not just a one-time transaction. ABOUT ME

Though my background is in international affairs, I made the decision several years ago to earn my real estate license and dove right into my new career.  I have been loving it ever since. I love meeting new clients, learning about their lifestyle, needs, wants and working to address those needs. The personal nature of real estate brokerage is very rewarding.

I currently live in Maplewood and work out of our Millburn/ Short Hills office. I find this helps me keep my finger on the pulse of the real estate market in our surrounding towns. When buyer clients come to me, they never say “I want to look for a home in X town only” - they want to explore what each town has to offer and I am well equipped to offer insights on each town’s character as well as market statistics specific to each town. I specialize in Maplewood, South Orange, Millburn, Short Hills, Springfield, Livingston, Summit and West Orange.

On my downtime, you will find my family and me at the local coffee shops, having dinner  at our favorite local restaurants like Arturo’s or St. James Gate in Maplewood, La Pastaria in Summit or Above in South Orange; taking walks in the South Mountain Reservation; at the town pool with friends and our kids; taking part in community events; at the weekly Rotary Club meeting; shopping at the local farmers’ market, local boutiques like Perch Homes, Little One & Co, Hopscotch, Kitchen a la Mode or the Short Hills Mall. Occasionally, we may take day-trips along the Jersey Shore – or take the train into NYC for some shopping, dinner or to catch what is new on Broadway.
